I am a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years of extensive experience, specializing in the management of complex hip and knee replacements and revision procedures.
🎓 Training and Qualifications
My training foundation includes residency in Oxford, United Kingdom, followed by specialized Fellowship training in joint replacement and revision surgery in Australia and the USA.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Orthopedic Surgery (MCh) and the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) of London, UK.

For many years, I have been working at the world-renowned tertiary care facility, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre (KFSHRC). The bulk of cases managed at KFSHRC are characterized by a high level of complexity, allowing me to hone my expertise in challenging orthopedic scenarios.

I currently serve as a Professor at Alfaisal University, where I am deeply involved in academic activities, including Training of orthopedic residents and fellows and Teaching undergraduate medical students.

I specialize in the management of general trauma, complex pelvic trauma, post-traumatic deformity, and leg length discrepancy. Additionally, I manage a wide range of foot and ankle pathologies and deformities.

I am a consultant physical therapist specialized in spine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
I am board-certified and fellowship-trained in orthopedic physical therapy from the USA. I also hold a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. I teach and mentor clinicians in MSK assessment, treatment, and clinical decision-making.
My clinical practice emphasizes reducing pain, restoring movement, and optimizing long-term outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation principles. I combine precise clinical reasoning with patient-centered, function-oriented care.
Senior Physical Therapist
I am Ruhee Hafsa, your dedicated senior physical therapist with several years of dedicated clinical practice in Riyadh.
My primary area of expertise is manual therapy, chiropractic techniques, dry needling, and therapeutic exercises.
